Cake pop sticks (or similar)
Something to melt the chocolate in
A selection of small bowls/dishes
Melt the milk chocolate (100g) - I melt mine in a saucepan over a very low direct heat, but you can also use the microwave or a bain marie if you prefer.
Use the melon baller to scoop balls from the apple.
Put these onto the cake pop sticks.
Decant the melted chocolate into a bowl, dip the apple pop into the melted chocolate. Tap it a couple of times to knock off any excess.
Dip the pop into the sprinkles, then leave for the chocolate to set (or just eat them straight away :-) )
