Put all of the ingredients into a blender (400ml skimmed milk, 1 banana, 6 large strawberries, 2 tbsp wheatgerm).
Blend until smooth
Serve
If you prefer your smoothie to be a little more icy then you can use frozen bananas and/or strawberries or chuck in a few ice cubes.
If you prefer your smoothie warm then pop it into the microwave (covered) on full power for 1 minute.
