To make in a microwave

  • Put all of the ingredients into a microwaveable bowl, heat on full for 30 seconds then stir, repeat heating for 20 seconds and stirring until everything has melted and is all glossy.

To make on the hob

  • Put all of the ingredients in a saucepan and cook over a very low heat until everything has melted, stirring constantly.
